Content Contribution, Moderation & Approval Policy

Certainly. Here is the expanded version of the Content Contribution, Moderation & Approval Policy presented as a continuous piece of text without headings: All content on the GSL website must be contributed by the respective departments in a consistent and timely manner to ensure uniformity, accuracy, and relevance. Each department is responsible for providing updated information related to its functions and operations. A designated Content Owner from each department will be accountable for preparing and submitting the content. The System Administrator will grant content modification authority to designated personnel, who shall have the sole responsibility for implementing any requested amendments. This ensures the consistency and currency of all published information, as well as proper coordination with the content originator.

Before submission, the contributing department must verify all content for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness. It is the responsibility of the respective department to ensure that the content is factually correct and aligns with current policies, procedures, and data. Submitted content should be clear, concise, and free of errors in language and formatting.

After submission, all content must undergo a moderation process to check for consistency with GSL's content standards, adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and compliance with formatting and publishing guidelines. The Content Moderator will review the material and suggest changes if needed. Only after moderation and final approval by the designated authority or Department Head will the content be published on the GSL website.

All published content will be maintained in a version-controlled environment, with records of who created, reviewed, and approved it. It is the responsibility of the originating department to periodically review their content, at least once every quarter, to ensure it remains current. Any changes, corrections, or updates must follow the same moderation and approval workflow.

Non-compliance with this policy may lead to the removal of content from the website or revocation of publishing privileges, and may be reported to senior management for necessary action. This policy is subject to periodic review and revision to accommodate technological, organizational, or procedural changes as required.
